Summary:
IDEMIA National Security Solutions (NSS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on a Department of Justice program and to apply your experience to support our customer’s mission. In this role you will work closely with the Senior Program Director to support various tasks that include the development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of our Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) product. You will be responsible for project management activities to include maintaining adherence to the project’s scope, schedule, and cost. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your experience with scaled agile in a challenging and dynamic setting. This position requires a government security clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Senior Program Director, assist with all planning and staff, management tasks, as well as communication and reporting to the government.
  • Function as the Government’s single point of contact for all contract actions, questions, reporting, and recommendations, and be fully accountable for all contractor activities, deliverables, and results.
  • Develop a Project Management Plan outlining how the IDEMIA will approach various project tasks from requirements, design, integration/development, testing, release management to deployment management, and O&M.
  • Business analysis – analyze, develop insights, and prepare reports with customer specific actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development and documentation of requirements, testing scenarios and acceptance documentation for client management; Submit forms, facilitate coordination with external teams/stakeholders, and track progress.
  • Learn corporate products and capabilities and make recommendations for application to customer’s program.
  • Implement consistent and standard processes for business planning and forecasting, staffing, delivery reporting, and client relationship management.
  • Draft weekly and monthly reports
  • Track and report metrics for schedule, resources, quality, and cost.
  • Incorporate Agile methodology values, principles, and practice to plan, manage and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor progress and performance of IDEMIA scrum teams and process improvements.
  • Track project processes, deliverables and financials involving program management efforts.
  • Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
  • Direct and oversee the planning of organization changes through the successful delivery of program capabilities and outcomes to the customer and their missions.
  • Work with internal and external teams to provide customer hardware support; Oversee internal project inventory management.
  • Supports overall program management efforts, including acting as the Senior Program Director in their absence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field is desired.
  • PMP certification is desired.
  • Scrum Master certification is desired.
  • 10+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban or delivery solutions.
  • Experience with the Atlassian tool set (Jira, Align, Service Manager, etc) desired.
  • Configuration management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
